I created The Marla Lane Nanny Agency to help families like yours stop the scroll, skip the stress, and find a caregiver who feels like an extension of your heart.
As a nature-loving mama, certified Vegan Health Coach, and former career nanny with two decades of experience, I deeply understand the importance of finding the right fit—not just for your schedule, but for your values, your lifestyle, and most importantly… your child.
Additionally, I hold a degree in Early Education and have practiced in Reggio Emilia and Montessori settings, spanning infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Through personalized placements, highly vetted nannies, and a grounded, heart-led approach, we’re here to make this journey easier—and a whole lot more aligned.
